Incredible Old Village Mount Pleasant SC everyone loves its history and charm. Beautiful Old Trees cover the area let you know they were long before anything. Plenty to view as you take your daily walk. Parks to play in for the kids its a must see area. Homes start in $300,000 and go to upwards of $4,000,000+. Some of the homes are historical and can not be torn down but the ones that are not, are making way for new structures. The neighborhood is keeping its charm even with the new homes. The higher priced homes have incredible views and some with docks. This is one of Mount Pleasants more desirable areas along with Olde Park and Ion.
