Hello, I'm Neil Schneider.  Originally from Wisconsin, I was a successful VP of Sales for one of the largest staffing companies in that state and also the owner of a lending company which is operating today.  While investing in Real Estate for extra money, my wife and I decided that we loved Wisconsin but not the weather.  Linda and I then began investigating the entire South.  We visited the Charleston area and felt that it was the place to be.  The great weather, uncrowded beaches, history, incredible cultured downtown and the beautiful low country scenery truly makes it a place like no other.

Once we arrived, I decided that I would sell real estate.  Bringing the same hard work ethic that I learned back home to my new career, I quickly became one of the most successful agents in the area.  My philosophy is based on these words Honesty, Ethics and Disclosure.  I works tirelessly to make sure that YOU,"my client," has all of the information that you need to make decisions on your most important purchases. 

I currently live with my wife Linda and four children --Brittany, Ashley, Hayley, and Brennen in Rivertowne on the Wando.  The children attend the local public schools and the family is often seen at the many events going on daily around town.
